Women's Self Defense Seminar

Travis Conley of Underground Gym is teaming with Mid-West Dance Force to host a women’s self-defense seminar with a portion of the proceeds benefiting the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation (Travis’ favorite charity).   Come learn basic, invaluable techniques and knowledge that can not only save your life, but give you peace of mind and confidence!  

Travis has years of experience and as a high-level competitor in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu he has traveled the world winning numerous tournaments using his skills and knowledge, proving these techniques! He is now instructing several successful seminars around the KC metro area.
