Lenexa Christian Center access training

Underground is proud to announce it's access to train clients at the Lenexa Christian Center at 17500 West 87th Street Parkway in Lenexa, Kansas.  This is a fantastic facility with state-of-the-art weight equipment and machines, as well as cardio rooms and a 3-court basketball gymnasium.  Right off of 87th Street, the Lenexa Christian Center is in a beautiful area of the city, easily accessible and convenient for anyone west of State Line!

Travis has currently started training two twin sister basketball players entering into their sophomore year at Northwest Missouri State University in Maryville, Mo.  Just as last summer, 3x a week they are working with Travis and the unique custom workout plan he designed, improving their cardio, speed, quickness, agility, range of motion, and most importantly, vertical leap.
