Delicious Grilled Shrimp Recipe



Shrimp is a great food choice if you are not concerned with your sodium intake.  It is primarily protein, with no carbs or fat present.  I just take frozen, fully cooked shrimp and place them on skewers, lay them on the grill.  As they heat and cook over the flames (gas grill is super easy and quick) I use a brush with extra virgin olive oil to coat each side and maybe some light lemon pepper seasoning.  Turn and coat periodically until desired crispness is met.  For added flavor and enhanced taste (added fat and calories) try using remoulade dressing for a dipping sauce.
